Hello!! So today I’m doing one of the most requested video on my channel, which is to show you guys what I eat in a day. This is genuinely how I eat from day to day, so this is more of a video on how to “maintain” my 60 pound weight loss, but because I eat really healthy you could use these recipes for your weight loss as well! Cuz this is kinda the same recipes that I would eat when I was losing it, except I used more whole wheat options… yeah I’m kinda bad with that hahah. Just don’t copy my portions & diet 100% because what might work for me might not for you!
