800g watermelon
Cucumber sushi
300g rice
2 sheets nori
1/2 cucumber sliced
Snack –
banana
Potato wedges
800g potato
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Spinkle garlic powder over chopped potatoes and bake in air fryer or oven on 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes

2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp water
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth slowly adding in water until you get the sauce as thin or thick as you like it
3 cups spring greens
1 tomato chopped
A few slices of red onion
2 tbsp minced cilantro
1/2 cucumber chopped
2 tbsp sauerkraut
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and pour dressing over top mixing it in well.
