Asalamu’alaium all. Theses are my vegan friendly, healthy, weight loss smoothies that will help you shed some pounds if you are consistent.
You all know that I had to include some deen related content so I do go into some details about some food items which the prophet (pbuh) ate and enjoyed.
I hope you give these a try and let me know what you think.
I wanted to make these vegan friendly for those of you who don’t eat animal related products.
1 cup of kale
1 small avocado
1 small pear
1 tbsp of Braggs apple cider vinegar
Few slices of ginger
Half a cup of water
Banana & Blueberry Smoothie
1 large banana
half a cup of frozen blueberries
half a cup of coconut milk
one handful of rolled oats
1 tbsp of black seed oil
(May add honey to sweeten)
Banana & Cocao Smoothie
2 tbsp of cocao
half a cup of coconut milk or regular milk
1 tbsp black seed oil
