My weight loss journey started in January. My weight loss journey was with keto, intermittent fasting and doing DDP Yoga every morning. My weight loss journey has taken me from 216 pounds to 189 pounds in 6 months. I lost almost 30 pounds! My weight loss journey has not been easy, or is even over. This is not the biggest loser. But what I have done is what I think many people go through. You think you are at a good weight, but could really lose 20-30 pounds and be much more healthy if you went on a diet and exercised. Even if you do not feel like working out one day, or you screw up on your diet (lifestyle change). Do not get upset, get through it and get back on the horse tomorrow!
