In this video, I share with you what I picked up at the grocery store to aid me in losing fat over the next 2 months leading up to my birthday! I briefly cover why each of the items I purchased will help me keep my diet in check and move towards the physique I’d like to have on the beach during my birthday. We cover healthy fat sources, carbohydrates, protein, what to pick up at the store, and what to avoid.

We transition to a back workout for muscle gain at Golds Gym Venice where I take you through all of the exercises and movements I typically use during a back workout to gain size and width. Full workout below.
