1) Oats(Regular) (ओट्स ) – 1 bowl
2) Watermelon (तरबूज) – 250 grams
3) Mint Leaves (पुदीने की पत्तियां) – 10, 15
4) Yogurt (दही ) – 100 ml.
5) Honey (शहद ) – 2 tablespoon
6) Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) -10


Grind watermelon, oats, yogurt, honey, mint leaves and ice cubes in a mixer grinder.
