As you can see from the title and thumbnail, I’ve gained over 60 pounds over the last 4 years from my lowest adult weight in February 2014 of less than 250lb to my current weight of 311lb – very close to the heaviest I’ve ever been. This playlist will track my weight loss journey, starting today as I try to lose over 100 pounds through diet, nutrition, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.
