Dance workouts are great for cardio. This type of exercise format really does make it easier to burn fat and lose weight. It gets your heart rate going and there are zero burpees or jumping jacks involved (unless you coun’t some of the jumping) – speaking of which, jumping in this dance routine is TOTALLY optional. You can just step where I jump and adjust the exercises to your fitness level.

As I mentioned in this video, it’s not about the “dance” itself. It’s just about moving. This is a great routine to help you burn fat all over your body – belly fat, back fat, thigh fat, all the fat. So get up if you can, move, and have fun with it. You’re doing great and I love you. Let’s dance! 😀
