Moving to Thailand has meant that I have to change my diet quite significantly as western food here in Thailand is less readily available. One of the big changes for myself is the reduction of sugar in my diet.

In this video, I tell you what I think the main reasons for losing 12kg in 12 weeks which is fairly amazing and something that I am overjoyed about.
