Hey guys! Jessica here! Today I am sharing my weekly Weight Watchers Freestyle meal plan and meal prep. I also show you how I put together dinners for me and my family for the week. I know it can be hard trying to plan what to feed your family when you are the only one doing the Weight Watchers Freestyle program. I hope this helps someone out there 🙂 I also decided to try a different editing style because I frequently have my children help me cook. And since they can be really chatty and kinda loud, I thought it would be easier to just show you how I do everything, and to just play a little music in the back round. Sheet Pan Chicken Tacos:
2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts ( I used chicken tenderloins)
2 packets of taco seasoning (I do not count seasoning packets as points)
Onions & Peppers (how much you like)
Coat chicken and onions and peppers in taco seasoning. Place on a sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins. Turn when half way done cooking. Shred chicken when it is cooked through.
