I have been into weight loss, weight gain, getting in shape, bodybuilding, powerlifting since 20+ years. In those years, I experimented and tried everything under the sun – from nutrition to supplements, to steroids, to fasting for hours to not eating for an entire week – I have literally put my body through every possible experiment. And then beyond this – I have had the privilege of working with coaches, professionals and trainers. And finally if nothing else – I have always conducted research, read books, studied and did my homework where understanding how the body works, understanding how nutrition impacts the body
So after having done this for so many years, I think I have a very strong perspective & answer as to what works and what doesn’t work where the human body is concerned.
In this video I want to share my thoughts on the common thoughts, misconceptions, ideas, dos & don’ts on how to lose weight. And when talking about weight – how to lose fat in particular because I believe that is what people want to achieve in the end – having less fat in their body and being lean.
