Happy Monday everyone! I wanted to start the week with a food/nutrition related video to get you motivated to make healthy choices this week. I am currently considering going 100% plant-based, but for now, I’m working to slowly add in new food to my diet to make the transition as smooth as possible! Let’s see how this goes.
