An avocado a day keeps the flab away !! It’s true 🙂

OPEN FOR RECIPES & STUFF:

Blueberry Tahini Smoothie:

* Obviously you can play around with amounts of fruit & or fat, use less or more to make it work for your personal dietary preference!

– large bowl of frozen bloobs (no limit on bloobs!)
– 2 medjool dates
– TBSP of hemp seeds
-TBSP of ground flax
– TBSP of tahini (or any nut or seed butter of your choice)-
– 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
– choc stevia drops (link the the MP one I use down below)
– water or coconut water to blend.

Mexican Sweet Potato Salaaaaaad (remember makes 2-3 servings with added greens!)

– 4 sweet potatoes, chopped into bite size chunks (still on) steamed
– bowl of chopped tomatoes
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 can (2-3 cups) of black beans
– fresh cilantro
– 1 red onion diced into thin strips
– 1 can of sweetcorn (1-2 cups)
– 1 large soft avocado
– 2-3 limes
– salt & pepper
– mix & enjoy 🙂

Walnut, Pea & Basil Pesto (makes 2 ish servings)

– 1-2 cups of cooked peas (or at least defrosted)
– 1/2 cup walnuts
– 2-3 hands of fresh basil
– 1/4 cup of nooch (nutritional yeast)
– 2-3 cloves of garlic (or use a sprinkle of ground like I did)
– juice of 1-2 lemons
– vegetable broth to thin as needed.
